Job summary

• Proven experience leading major cross functional transformation programmes.
• Strong track record in setting up programme governance and delivery controls.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing programme delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and programme delivery.
• Build governance, reporting frameworks and delivery controls across the portfolio.
• Shape opportunities into a coherent transformation programme with clear milestones.
• Drive outcomes on time, within scope and budget and manage senior stakeholders (C-suite).
