Job summary

NRL Group's client seeks a Communications Manager to drive internal engagement during a major transformation. The role is remote with weekly site visits to Rochdale, Stockport or Warrington, blending flexible hybrid working with practical team collaboration.

You will create clear content for intranet, Teams and presentations, coordinate Town Halls and workshops, and support programme reporting while tailoring messaging for office-based and operational colleagues across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in communications, internal communications, employee engagement or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience developing engaging content for varied audiences.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal communications and engagement initiatives that support organisational transformation.
• Develop clear, engaging content for multiple channels, including intranet, Teams, and presentations.
• Produce internal materials such as FAQs, user guides, and briefing packs.
• Coordinate key engagement activities including Town Halls, workshops and Q&A sessions.
• Manage internal communication platforms, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging.
• Create communication schedules and maintain the overall communications calendar.
• Tailor messaging for office-based and operational colleagues.
• Support programme reporting and provide updates to diverse stakeholder groups.
