Job summary

NRL Group seeks an experienced Internal Communications Lead to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract, hybrid in London. You will advise senior leaders, shape strategic initiatives across Europe & UK, and drive engagement aligned with business priorities while managing organisational change communications at regional level.

You will lead executive communications, craft talking points, and partner with HR, Marketing and other functions to deliver coordinated messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in internal or employee communications within large, complex organisations.
• Advising senior leaders with practical, strategic communications counsel.
• Experience delivering change, transformation, or crisis communications. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
• Collaborative approach with strong influencing ability.
• Confidence in using new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

• Act as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and the core leadership team.
• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that drive understanding of business objectives and organisational change.

• Plan and implement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.

• Lead crisis and sensitive-issue communications in partnership with stakeholders.
• Track effectiveness of communications and identify improvements using feedback and engagement data.
