Job summary

Credera is hiring a Programme Communications Consultant to shape and deliver organisational change for major transformation projects. The role requires leading client communications, developing structured plans for migration, testing, cutover and hypercare, and working with technology, change and business teams.

You will contribute to the Programme Leadership practice, support bid activities, and operate within a flexible hybrid model requiring 3 days onsite per week at client sites or Credera

Qualifications

• Experience in leading client communications and engagement across technology delivery programmes
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans for migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Translate complex technical activities into clear audience-appropriate messaging
• Identify and mitigate communication risks during migration and go-live

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications and engagement across technology delivery programmes
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans for migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Coordinate communication activities across delivery teams to ensure integrated messaging
• Produce stakeholder plans, user journeys, and hypercare updates
• Act as a trusted advisor on best-practice communications during high-risk delivery phases
• Support user engagement during testing phases (UAT readiness, participation, feedback)
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned
• Pass BPSS screening for this role
