Job summary

Credera is seeking a Managing Consultant to shape our Programme Leadership capability and drive organisational change for major transformation programmes. You will lead communications across technology delivery, aligning with migration, testing, cutover and hypercare, while developing collateral and driving client value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client communications across technology delivery programmes.
• Ability to translate complex technical activities into audience-appropriate messaging.
• Pass BPSS screening for this role.
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans aligned to key phases (migration, testing, cutover, hypercare).

Responsibilities

• Lead or be intrinsic to joint client teams focused on successful delivery and adoption of change.
• Coordinate communication activities across delivery teams to ensure integrated messaging.
• Produce stakeholder plans, user journeys, and hypercare updates.
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practice communications during high-risk delivery phases.
