Job summary

Credera is seeking a Managing Consultant to help shape and develop our Programme Leadership capability, delivering organisational change for complex transformation projects. You will lead communications across client teams, collaborate with technology and business units, and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

The role requires a BPSS screening and offers a flexible hybrid model with strong client exposure and growth opportunities within a respected global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client communications across technology delivery programmes.
• Ability to develop and deliver structured communication plans for migration, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Knowledge of Business Change methodology and stakeholder engagement.
• BPSS screening is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications across technology delivery programmes.
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans aligned to key project phases (migration, testing, cutover, hypercare).
• Apply Business Change methodology to maximise user engagement and adoption.
• Coordinate communication activities across delivery teams to ensure integrated messaging.
• Produce key communication artefacts such as stakeholder plans and user journeys.
• Act as trusted advisor on best-practice communications during high-risk delivery phases like go-live and stabilisation.
• Translate complex technical activities into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Identify and mitigate communication risks during migration and cutover.
• Support user engagement during testing phases (UAT readiness, participation, feedback).
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
