Job summary

IAG Transform in London is seeking a seasoned internal communications professional to lead strategic communications for major transformation and technology programmes. You will partner with senior leaders to craft campaigns that explain complex topics, engage diverse audiences and demonstrate business value.

Working with External Communications where appropriate, you will drive employee understanding, adoption and change across Domain Transformation, Group AI & Technology and Group Innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Communications or related field.
• Extensive transformation and programme communications experience for diverse teams.
• Interest in aviation operations and technology.
• Ability to translate complex information for non-specialist audiences.
• Experience communicating across large international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape communications plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end development of campaigns for transformation and technology programmes.
• Create internal/external communications for major programmes to drive engagement.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging employee communications.
• Collaborate with OpCos to coordinate Group-wide transformation messaging.
• Develop narratives and thought leadership content on transformation value.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize communications.
