Job summary

SGN is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead (Transformation) based in Farringdon. The role is full-time and hybrid, shaping how we engage colleagues through major transformation programmes.

You will translate complex initiatives into clear messages across multiple channels to drive understanding, engagement and adoption. Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will partner with senior leaders and project teams, deliver strategic communications, and coach

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications supporting transformation or organisational change.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Creativity and proficiency with diverse content creation tools.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and adoption strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging communication content that supports transformation programmes and explains changes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to translate complex changes into clear messages.
• Develop multi-channel internal campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and adoption.
• Provide strategic communications advice and coaching to leaders for confident, authentic delivery.
• Measure effectiveness using insights and feedback to improve engagement and outcomes.
