Job summary

IAG Transform is seeking an experienced internal communications leader to drive strategic campaigns across Transformation and Technology domains. You will craft end-to-end communications plans, translate complex aviation/engineering topics for diverse audiences, and partner with senior leaders to accelerate adoption of new tools and capabilities.

You will oversee campaigns for major programmes, shape narratives, and provide strategic counsel to Group AI & Technology and Innovation teams,

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent, ideally in Communications or a related field
• High experience of transformation, change and programme communications for diverse and hard to reach teams
• Strong interest in aviation operations
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence
• Ability to translate complex business information for non-specialist audiences

Responsibilities

• Strategic communications partner to Domain Transformation, Group AI & Technology and Group Innovation.
• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of communications strategies for transformation and technology programmes.
• Develop campaigns to drive engagement and adoption across the organisation.
• Translate complex topics into engaging employee communications with alignment to External Communications.
• Partner with OpCos to coordinate Group-wide transformation communications.
• Create narratives and thought leadership content to show business value.
• Develop proactive communications that bring AI and innovation to life with tangible use cases.
• Define objectives and success measures for communications activity.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate and optimise communications approaches.
