Job summary

La Fosse is partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant transformation, seeking an experienced Business Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. You will drive adoption and embed change across complex programmes, building strong stakeholder relationships and challenging teams to ensure people impacts are fully considered.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering business change within complex transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to build relationships quickly across all levels of an organisation.
Confidence to challenge and guide senior stakeholders and programme teams.
Delivery-focused approach to change management.
Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.

Responsibilities

Lead change activity across large-scale transformation initiatives.
Build credibility and trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Influence behaviours and drive engagement to support successful change adoption.
Challenge programme teams where required to ensure people impacts are fully considered.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and readiness activities.
Develop and deliver practical change plans, communications and adoption strategies.
Support the transition to new ways of working and ensure sustainable business outcomes.
