Job summary

La Fosse is partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant transformation, seeking an experienced Business Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. You will drive adoption and embed change across complex programmes, building strong stakeholder relationships and challenging teams to ensure people impacts are fully considered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to build relationships quickly across all levels of an organisation.
• Confidence to challenge and guide senior stakeholders and programme teams.
• Delivery-focused approach to change management.
• Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.

I'm currently partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving adoption and embedding change across a complex business environment. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, influence behaviours, challenge programmes constructively and quickly establish themselves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.

The Opportunity:

Working closely with programme teams, business leaders and project stakeholders, you will:
