Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives. You will ensure people are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey, with a focus on adoption and readiness across complex programmes.

You will lead cross-functional change activities, conduct impact assessments, and coach leaders to drive successful organisational transformation in a dynamic environment within the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people-focused change and transformation.
• Ability to apply ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and coach leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead people change activities across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Conduct people impact assessments and change readiness reviews.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach leaders and managers to lead teams through change.
• Drive user adoption and business readiness activities.
• Support organisational transformation within complex environments.
• Apply change management frameworks, including ADKAR, to measure adoption.
