Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Change Delivery Lead to drive people-focused change across transformation programmes. You will plan, communicate and embed change, enabling colleagues to navigate transformation and realise benefits. Hybrid working and occasional site travel apply.

You will lead change activities, develop adoption plans and conduct readiness work, partnering with leaders to ensure smooth transitions and measurable outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change delivery across transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capability.
• Experience in change readiness and adoption activities.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Desirable utilities/regulatory environment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the delivery of change activities across transformation programmes and business improvement initiatives.
• Developing change plans, stakeholder engagement approaches and adoption strategies.
• Conducting change impact assessments, readiness activities and stakeholder analysis.
• Designing and delivering communications, engagement activities, training and adoption plans.
• Supporting leaders and managers to guide their teams through change.
• Monitoring change adoption, risks and barriers, and embedding change.
• Championing change management best practice and continuous improvement.
