Southern Water is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead to drive critical transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design practical solutions, and ensure sustainable change from planning through delivery.

• Experience delivering transformation projects in complex organisations.
• Strong PM methodologies and delivery discipline experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation projects and workstreams from initiation to implementation.
• Analyse processes, systems and data to identify improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and budgets.
• Support business cases and track realised benefits.
• Drive business readiness activities and change adoption.
• Build strong relationships across operational, functional, and technical teams.
• Support automation and AI-enabled tool implementations.
• Champion best practice in delivery, transformation, and continuous improvement.
