Job summary

Aviva plc in Norwich is seeking a Transformation Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting salary £26,700. The role supports transformation initiatives, portfolio management and governance, with 50% office attendance.

You will enjoy working with data, reporting and project support activities, and have strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft applications is essential and exposure to Planview would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and other Microsoft tools.
• Ability to collect, analyse and present data to support reporting and decision-making.
• An interest in transformation, portfolio management, governance and project delivery.

• Track progress and prepare management information for decision-making.
