Job summary

Aviva in York and Norwich seeks a Trading Analyst to turn data into actionable insight and influence business decisions. You will track customer and commercial performance across Aviva channels, identifying opportunities and risks, and presenting clear findings to senior stakeholders.

You’ll work with Channel Leads and the wider matrix team to support short-term trading activity and longer-term growth, embedding a data-led, AI-informed culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience producing performance reporting and trading analysis in digital/financial services.
• Experience with Excel, Qlik, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake or similar tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate insights for stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious with continuous improvement mindset.
