Job summary

Aviva in Norwich is seeking a Transformation Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. Starting salary is £26,700 with hybrid work and 50% office attendance.

You will support transformation initiatives, maintain portfolio governance, assist with planning, reporting, documentation and change activities, ensuring data accuracy and policy alignment.

The role offers exposure to data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a large organisation, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and other Microsoft tools.
• Ability to collect, analyse and present data to support reporting and decision-making.
• An interest in transformation, portfolio management, governance and project delivery.
• Experience with Planview is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across the business by helping to maintain strong portfolio management and governance processes.
• Assist with project planning, reporting, documentation, and change activities, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and aligned with internal policies and standards.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to track progress, prepare management information, support governance activities, and contribute to successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
• Support reporting and analysis that enables informed decision-making across the portfolio.
