Job summary

Informed Recruitment Limited, on behalf of a social enterprise, seeks a Project Portfolio Analyst to support governance, benefit realisation, and risk management within a flagship transformation programme.

You will help drive delivery of a portfolio of business improvements, maintain PMO tools, and produce performance reports in a modern digital environment. Hybrid role with Newcastle offices and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial experience in a PMO/Portfolio Analyst or Project Support role.
• A strong appreciation for project assurance, governance, risk management and benefits definition and realisation.
• Performance tracking, resource planning, analysis, modelling, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Project management tools, life cycle, delivery, methodology, and systems.
• Project documentation, standards, and process experience.
• You will be able to work under pressure in an environment with a constant changes and operational demands.
• MS Project, Teams, & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and delivery of portfolio activity.
• Maintenance and improvement of project management software.
• Collation and production of key project and portfolio performance reports.
• Producing and maintaining PMO management information dashboards.
• Conducting analysis and providing recommendations to ensure delivery and mitigate risks.
• Assisting with identification of key dependencies, risks and issues.
• Change control and quality assurance of project and change delivery.
• Meeting and workshop facilitation.
