Job summary

Aviva plc in Norwich is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to translate complex technology challenges into simple, effective solutions. You’ll work on digital platforms, IAM, cyber security, and infrastructure change to support millions of customers and colleagues.

You’ll join our Digital Gateway team to deliver platforms and services that keep Aviva’s digital experiences secure, connected and reliable, guiding requirements from discovery through delivery in collaboration with business

Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior business analyst within complex technology change programmes.
Experience documenting and managing requirements with UX, security and SDLC processes.
Knowledge of IAM, cyber security, or related infrastructure platforms.
