Taxation, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager in Manchester to advise multinational clients on pricing strategies that align with global operations and compliance requirements.

You will conduct analyses, prepare TP documentation, and support planning and controversy matters while mentoring juniors in a collaborative team culture. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years in transfer pricing or international tax in professional services.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic analyses, IP valuations, intercompany pricing and debt capacity assessments.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports.
• Support transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy matters.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and finance teams across functions.
• Assist in proposals, client presentations and mentoring junior staff.
