Job summary

Capital Tax Recruitment is assisting an expanding professional services firm in strengthening its Transfer Pricing capability. They seek an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager or Senior Manager to work on cross-border assignments for multinational clients across sectors and international markets.

The role covers the full TP lifecycle from design and implementation of TP policies, operating models and documentation to benchmarking, intercompany financing and restructuring, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Proven transfer pricing experience in practice or industry.
• Strong understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Ability to explain complex TP topics to non-specialists.
• Qualified or part-qualified with a recognised TP credential advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage project delivery.
• Oversee budgets and deadlines for TP assignments.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues on TP matters.
• Contribute to proposals, business development and growth of the practice.
• Advise on design and implementation of TP policies and intercompany models.
