Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for Transfer Pricing to lead client work, advise on TP policies, and prepare required documentation. You will also oversee benchmarking analyses and intercompany agreements while mentoring junior staff.

You will work with colleagues across tax specialists and global Grant Thornton firms on cross-border projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs and strong client relationships. Hybrid working and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in transfer pricing in a professional services firm or in-house tax team.
• Knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and UK TP rules.
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client work and advise on transfer pricing policies.
• Prepare master and local files and country-by-country reporting.
• Carry out benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
• Review work of junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead workload planning and coordinate multiple projects.
• Support proposals and client presentations.
