Job summary

Grant Thornton in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Transfer Pricing team. You’ll help multinational clients set, document and defend intercompany pricing, lead pieces of client work, and review the work of colleagues to build the path to Manager.

You’ll build relationships with client finance and tax teams, collaborate with colleagues across the firm on cross-border projects, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership while developing your own team.

Qualifications

• Experience of transfer pricing work in a professional services firm or in-house tax team.
• Knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and UK transfer pricing rules.
• Experience of preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses.
• Experience of reviewing the work of others.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for explaining technical issues clearly.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to get stuck in.
