Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager for Transfer Pricing in Manchester and other locations. You’ll lead multi-country TP projects, design TP models, and manage HMRC interactions.

The role requires strong TP technical skills, client relationship building, and the ability to drive multi-disciplinary engagements. You’ll work with a diverse EY team, provide coaching to juniors, and play a key role in business development and practice growth.

• Drafting high-quality technical deliverables on transfer pricing issues.
• Manage delivery of transfer pricing engagements for private, FTSE-listed, and inbound multinationals across industries.
• Utilise EY’s technology and AI-enabled solutions in delivering client services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts for high service levels.
• Partner with EY client teams to identify opportunities and deliver complex engagements.
• Manage junior team members to deliver engagements and upskill the team.
• Contribute to winning new work via existing clients, new business development, and tenders.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and thought leadership.
