Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our client in Horsham. This role will be the first of its kind within the business, working with the Sales Manager to support a small team of four Sales Executives and drive F&I performance.

Responsibilities include coaching the team to present finance options, structuring finance proposals, and ensuring FCA compliant activity while liaising with lenders to secure optimal customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor finance and F&I products.
• Ability to coach and develop a small sales team.
• Solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliant processes.

The Role

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a highly regarded client of ours, located in Horsham. This position provides an opportunity for the successful individual to be the first within the business to hold such a role, working closely with the Sales Manager to support a small team of four Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive F&I performance across the sales department, maximising finance penetration and additional product sales.

The Package

• Basic salary of £28,000
• £58,000+ OTE + Company Car
• Five day week: Monday‑Friday 8:30am‑6:00pm, Day off in week; Saturday 9:00‑5:00; No Sundays

Bonus Structure

• 100% – £2000 monthly
• 90% – £1900 monthly
• 80% – £1500 monthly
• £250 monthly order take bonus based on 60 new & used cars
• £750 quarterly bonus for achieving F&I Budget
