Job summary

Prestige Brand Main Dealer in Southeast London is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join a thriving sales team. The role offers £30,000 basic plus commission, with a company car and commuting fuel allowance, in a 5-day working week from Eltham/Sidcup area.

You will drive performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance and product sales, renewals and lead management, while aligning with an established management structure to push the operation to the next level.

Qualifications

• You’ll already be an experienced Transaction Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Team Leader within automotive retail.
• You’ll be commercially sharp, confident with customers and deals, strong on F&I and products, and capable of leading from the front.
• Ambition to continue developing - whether that means becoming stronger in your TM role or pursuing future Sales Management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be right in the heart of the sales operation, helping drive performance across: New & used vehicle sales, Finance & product sales, Renewals, Lead enquiry management, Compliance, Sales performance and KPIs.
• You’ll be stacking deals, valuing part exchanges, second-facing customers and helping Sales Consultants maximise every opportunity.
• You’ll have a voice, you’ll have responsibility and you’ll be expected to make a difference.

We’re representing a prestige automotive dealer in Southeast London with a successful, thriving sales department and a strong Sales Manager looking to add an experienced Transaction Manager to the team.

• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• 1-in-3 Sundays: 10:00am-4:00pm
