Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an Application Specialist to help contract and implement InterSystems products in healthcare, business and clinical settings. The role involves becoming the expert resource for customers, understanding their processes, and advising on standard solutions for timely delivery.

Travel to customer sites is required; up to 5 days away from home per week may be necessary. The position is office-based with locations in Edinburgh/Windsor, UK and will follow InterSystems ARIES

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for workshops and presentations.
• Experience interacting with customers, including clinicians, delivering strong messaging.
• Experience implementing software solutions.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplined team.
• Experience writing functional documents.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Knowledge of Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to determine best-fit solutions and guide implementation.
• Deliver training workshops and presentations to customers.
• Manage customer relationships and provide expert product guidance.
• Travel to customer sites; regular travel up to 5 days a week may be required.
