Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a Technical Specialist for office-based work in Windsor, UK. The role involves developing custom solutions and providing technical support for implementation tools across healthcare applications.

Travel to client sites, hospitals, and partner sites is expected, with international travel possible. You will produce training materials, technical docs, and participate in on-site trainings and deployments.

Qualifications

• Essential: HTML and JavaScript experience for web-oriented development.
• Essential: SQL, data analysis and database methodologies.
• Essential: ability to design and write technical documents.
• Essential: client-facing interaction and strong communication.
• Essential: willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.
• Desirable: HL7 programming experience and AI-augmented workflows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client or business analyst on enhancement requests and reports.
• Advise and assist Project Managers during implementation and go-live.
• Develop technical customizations such as interfaces, reports, and data migrations.
• Provide on-site technical training and documentation for tools and processes.
• Support on-site implementations and 24-hour extended support service.
