Job summary

Pertemps Glasgow Perms is recruiting a Trainer to join its internal Learning & Development team. The role designs and delivers sector-specific training to employees and stakeholders across the organisation, with focus on homelessness and vulnerable groups.

You will work with operational teams to identify needs, develop learning programmes, and explore partnerships. The position offers a varied mix of classroom and digital delivery, with salary up to £35,000.

Qualifications

• A relevant social-care qualification at SVQ Level 3 or above.
• A recognised training qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience within the care, social-care or charity sector.
• Experience developing and delivering training to different audiences.
• Experience identifying training needs and creating appropriate learning materials.
• Knowledge of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and the wider social-care environment.
• Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills.
• A creative and innovative approach to training, with the ability to adapt to changing organisational priorities.

We're currently recruiting for a Trainer to join our client's internal Learning & Development team. This is a varied role, with responsibility for designing and delivering sector-specific training to employees and key stakeholders across the organisation. You'll work closely with operational and service-delivery teams to ensure staff have the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerabilities. Salary up to £35,000.What makes this role particularly interesting is that it's not purely classroom-based.
