Job summary

Reed's School seeks a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to support the HR team in delivering staff training and CPD across teaching and support staff. You will coordinate the annual training calendar, manage attendance, and maintain training records using Educare.

You will also oversee induction, safeguarding and mandatory training compliance, ensuring timely renewals and accurate reporting to the Director of HR and SLT.

Qualifications

• Coordinate annual staff training and development calendar.
• Liaise with trainers and manage attendance, evaluation and follow-up actions.
• Oversee CPD requests and budget recording.
• Design and deliver in-house training sessions where appropriate.
• Promote learning opportunities via staff intranet and channels.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate induction for all new staff and oversee timelines.
• Support induction of self-employed coaches and volunteers as required.
• Monitor mandatory and safeguarding training and compliance timelines.
• Plan renewals for qualifications and accreditations and ensure staff stay compliant.
• Assist with organisation and delivery of first aid training.
• Support ISI regulatory compliance through training evidence.
