As our QHSE Compliance Training Manager, you'll lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of training programmes that keep our people safe, informed and empowered. Working with stakeholders across the UK, you'll drive a strong safety‑first culture, champion innovative digital and blended learning solutions, and ensure training remains engaging, effective and fully compliant. If you're passionate about developing people, influencing change and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to lead from the front and transform how we learn, work and stay safe. This is a full‑time, permanent position working core hours of Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00. You'll be a national instructor covering Midlands and South.
We're looking to offer a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependent on level of experience), and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
