Job summary

MossCare St. Vincent's Housing Group Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Training Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.

You will support the delivery of learning and development programmes, ensuring training runs smoothly and records are maintained accurately. You will work with internal colleagues and external providers, liaising with trainers, venues and attendees, and supporting apprenticeship programme administration and progress check-ins.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfort with ICT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in training or HR support preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions.
• Maintain training records and monitor compliance.
• Liaise with trainers, venues, and attendees to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support the development of training materials and communications.
• Provide reporting and insights on training activity.
• Support the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring effective administration and monitoring apprentice progress through scheduled check-ins.
