Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Training and Development Officer to cover maternity leave, based in the Central Region with hybrid working and travel to our Govan Road office and services across Scotland.

Join a national social care organisation, delivering learning online and in person, building knowledge and confidence among staff across homelessness, mental health and related areas. Full mentoring will be provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• Full support and mentoring will be provided.
• Travel across Scotland may be required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver learning online and in person for colleagues across homelessness, mental health, justice, alcohol and other drugs, learning disabilities and complex physical health needs.
• Contribute to the training calendar and support leadership development programmes.
• Assist with the rollout of new digital learning systems and platforms and provide mentoring to trainees.
