Job summary

Charles Taylor Assistance is seeking a Training and Development Coach to support the ongoing learning journey of colleagues across Christchurch and Portsmouth, with travel between sites. The role focuses on equipping staff with customer service knowledge and coaching to reach milestones and excel in their roles.

You will build a structured coaching program, collaborate with managers to tailor plans, and monitor progress, delivering constructive feedback to drive performance and service

Qualifications

• Coaching certification or qualification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in coaching or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver a structured coaching program for all staff, online and in-person sessions.
• Identify coaching needs with managers and tailor coaching plans accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support employees in their development.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting coaching methods as needed.
• Maintain and update coaching materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.
• Collect and analyse feedback to assess coaching effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Foster a positive coaching environment that encourages growth and development.
