Charles Taylor Assistance is seeking a Training and Development Coach to support the ongoing learning journey of colleagues across Christchurch and Portsmouth, with travel between sites. The role focuses on equipping staff with customer service knowledge and coaching to reach milestones and excel in their roles.

The Training and Development Coach plays a pivotal role in the continuous learning journey of existing employees at CT Assistance, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and customer service skills needed to achieve their learning milestones and excel in their roles.
The Travel Claims department is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and sound decision-making are essential. Operating with high volumes and tight turnaround times, the team demonstrates resilience, attention to detail, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Collaboration and clear communication are key to managing complex claims and ensuring fair, timely outcomes. The successful candidate will join an established, collaborative, growth-oriented Training and Development team that supports every stage of colleague development.
