Qualifications

  • Develop, plan, and deliver a structured coaching program for all staff, online and in-person sessions.
  • Identify coaching needs with managers and tailor coaching plans accordingly.
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support employees in their development.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting coaching methods as needed.
  • Maintain and update coaching materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to assess coaching effectiveness and drive improvements.

Training and Development Coach

Christchurch & PortsmouthOffices (Travel will be required between 2 sites, own transport required)

£30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)

The Role Purpose

The Training and Development Coach plays a pivotal role in the continuous learning journey of existing employees at CT Assistance, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and customer service skills needed to achieve their learning milestones and excel in their roles.

The Team

The Travel Claims department is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and sound decision-making are essential. Operating with high volumes and tight turnaround times, the team demonstrates resilience, attention to detail, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Collaboration and clear communication are key to managing complex claims and ensuring fair, timely outcomes. Continuous improvement and innovation are encouraged, with leadership providing the tools, guidance, and support needed to deliver high-quality service and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will join an established, collaborative, growth-oriented Training and Development team that supports every stage of colleague development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and deliver a comprehensive, structured, and effective coaching program for all staff, suitable for both online and in-person sessions
  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders toidentifycoaching needs and tailor coaching plans accordingly
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support employees in their development
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals, providing constructive feedback and adjusting coaching methods as needed
  • Maintain and update coaching materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant
  • Collect and analyse feedback to assess the effectiveness of coaching programs and make improvements
  • Foster a positive and supportive coaching environment that encourages growth and development
  • Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and best practices to continuously improve coaching effectiveness
