Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Customer Services Trainer and Coach to deliver skills-based training for CCS staff across multiple sites, including outsource partners. You will identify development needs and partner with Team Managers to run targeted coaching and workshops.

The role requires experience in classroom and virtual training, strong presentation skills, and a collaborative approach to promoting best practices within CCS.

Qualifications

• Evidence of training experience and ability to produce presentations (Keynote/Google Slides).
• Experience in delivering training in classroom and virtual environments (advantageous).
• Strong team player with ability to lead and innovate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skills-based training to new inductees and existing staff across multiple sites.
• Identify development needs and arrange targeted 1-2-1 sessions and group workshops.
• Develop training courses to improve process compliance and productivity across CCS sites.
