Job summary

West Sussex.info is seeking a Travel Training Programme coordinator to deliver a 12-month fixed term travel training service within the WorkAid supported employment team. You will engage with the people we support to promote independence and access to work experience, volunteering and employment opportunities.

The role requires strong organization, ability to manage records, communicate with external organisations, and a proactive approach to change.

Qualifications

• Ability to facilitate and implement change.
• Knowledge of the local community.
• Experience of working neurodiverse adults.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the people we support and deliver a travel training service.
• Demonstrate effective time management by keeping accurate records and diary appointments.
• Use initiative to explore new approaches and think creatively.
• Communicate with external organisations and Aldingbourne Trust projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of records on people.
