Job summary

Sellafield Limited seeks a Training Coordinator to support training development across multiple business areas. The role focuses on analysing needs, designing effective materials, and delivering SAT-derived content onsite at West Cumbria House, Workington, on a 12-month basis.

You will engage with technical SMEs, run pilots, and ensure alignment with project schedules while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing training needs and designing learning solutions.
• Ability to develop engaging learning materials using recognised methodologies.
• Competent in navigating organisational platforms like SEMS and LMS.
• Strong collaboration with technical experts and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop and implement SAT-derived training materials.
• Meet programme requirements for local area/project schedules.
• Carry out pilots and adjust content as needed.
• Instruct courses produced by training team or others as required.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and address feedback.
