Job summary

Morson Talent is supporting a major nuclear learning delivery programme at Sizewell C in Suffolk. The Learning & Skills Ops Coordinator will be on-site to ensure effective delivery of learning activities, act as the main contact for learners and instructors, and coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement across multi-team sites.

Reporting into the Head of Learning Operations & Data Insights, you will work closely with People Development partners and central teams to maintain a smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning, training or skills development support role, ideally within a regulated or compliance-based environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams with differing priorities
• Excellent face-to-face communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to influence and navigate ambiguity while delivering on-site outcomes
• Office-based role with travel between Sizewell C sites as required

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for learners and instructors
• Provide on-site operational lead for learning activity and coordinate delivery
• Support learners with on-site training delivery, access and experience
• Build relationships with site leadership and training teams
• Represent Learning Services on site and liaise with central teams
• Coordinate room setups, materials and logistics for training sessions
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and escalate where needed
• Navigate competing priorities between on-site needs and central processes
