Job summary

Spinwell Global is seeking a Training Developer for a 12-month contract in Workington, on-site five days a week. You will analyse training needs, design and develop SAT-derived materials, and implement delivery across multiple business areas in line with the Integrated Schedule.

You will work with stakeholders and SMEs, using SEMS and LMS platforms, and support post-training evaluations, audits and coaching to ensure effective implementation in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing training and learning solutions.
• Ability to create engaging training materials.
• Proficient with SEMS, LMS, and core business apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop and implement SAT-derived material per procedures and deadlines.
• Meet programme requirements for local area or project as defined in the schedule.
• Accommodate changes; updated work packages aligned with business priorities.
• Carry out pilots as required.
• Instruct courses produced by self or others when needed.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and respond to feedback.
• Participate in audits, evaluations and reviews as required.
• Handover/coach SMEs in using and delivering developed material.
• Share knowledge with team on SAT and client practices.
• Attend peer reviews and meetings to add value.
• Attend required courses/events for the role.
• Meet technical and behavioural standards.
