Job summary

Recruit4Talent Ltd is seeking a Training Coordinator for a Bilston site. You will plan, coordinate and maintain effective training across the site, supporting new starters and ensuring induction training is completed on time.

Responsibilities include managing SOP training, competency assessments, training records, and delivering inductions on Food Safety, GMP and Health & Safety. Strong IT skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in training coordination, learning and development, compliance or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with confidence delivering training to groups.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and influence others.
• Good IT skills, ideally with experience using training systems or digital tools.
• Experience with SOPs and understanding of BRC requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SOP training, competency assessments and compliance activities.
• Drive learning through Redzone Learning and other training tools.
• Create, review and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Keep training records accurate, up to date and accessible.
• Ensure all new starters complete induction training within timescales.
• Coordinate and deliver site inductions covering Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, quality standards and policies.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and competency assessments are completed and maintained.
• Support trainers and subject matter experts with programme delivery.
• Work with managers to identify training needs and drive continuous improvement.
