Recruit4Talent Ltd supports a Bilston-based private food manufacturer recruiting a Training Coordinator. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and maintaining effective site training, supporting onboarding and SOPs, and ensuring staff are competent and safe.

Highlights include coordinating inductions, maintaining training records and driving continuous improvement, with a 40-hour week and a £28,000 salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in training coordination or learning and development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with SOPs and quality standards (BRC advantageous).
• Proficient in IT and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SOP training, competency assessments and compliance activities.
• Drive learning through Redzone Learning and other training tools.
• Create, review and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Keep training records accurate, up to date and easily accessible.
• Ensure all new starters complete induction training within required timescales.
• Coordinate and deliver site inductions covering Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, quality standards, policies and behaviours.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and competency assessments are completed and maintained.
• Support trainers and subject matter experts with programme delivery.
• Work with managers to identify training needs and drive continuous improvement.
