Job summary

Recruit4Talent Ltd is seeking a Training Coordinator for a Bilston-based food plant. You will plan, coordinate and maintain effective training across the site, supporting new starters and keeping accurate training records.

You will help with SOPs, work instructions and ensure staff complete inductions on time across Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, and quality standards. This role offers 40 hours/week, 28k salary and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with confidence delivering training to groups of employees.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and influence others effectively.
• Good IT skills, ideally with experience using training systems or digital learning tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SOP training, competency assessments and compliance activities.
• Help drive learning through Redzone Learning and other training tools.
• Create, review and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Keep training records accurate, up to date and easy to access.
• Ensure all new starters complete induction training within required timescales.
• Coordinate and deliver site inductions covering Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, quality standards, company policies and expected behaviours.
• Ensure onboarding documentation, training records and competency assessments are completed and maintained accurately.
• Support trainers and subject matter experts with programme delivery.
• Work closely with managers and colleagues to identify training needs and support continuous improvement.
