Job summary

Gap Personnel is seeking a Graduate Training Coordinator in Bilston to plan, coordinate and maintain training across the site. You will support new starters, manage training records, assist with SOPs and ensure staff have the skills and confidence to work safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support training, competency assessments and compliance activities.
• Help drive learning through training tools provided.
• Create, review and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Keep training records accurate and accessible.
• Support new starters during onboarding and help them settle in.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and drive improvements.
