Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Training Coordinator for the Norwich site to keep our workforce trained, compliant and audit‑ready. If you’re organised, confident working with people across departments, and comfortable managing training processes from end to end, this could be a strong next step for you.

You’ll oversee scheduling, tracking and recording training activities, coordinating inductions, supporting external training, and keeping training documentation up to date with SOPs and audit

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating training, HR, compliance or similar.
• Organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule training sessions and keep training records up to date.
• Identify training needs with Team and Shift Leaders and build local plans.
• Update and maintain the LMS, run reports and respond to queries.
• Deliver inductions when required and coordinate external training.
• Keep training documentation, SOP updates and compliance matrices audit-ready.
• Meet regularly with site leadership to report progress and priorities.
• Manage the site training budget across the year.
