We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Norwich site and play a key role in keeping our workforce fully trained, compliant and audit-ready. If you're organised, confident working with people across different departments, and comfortable managing training processes from end to end, this could be a strong next step for you.
This role is central to how the site manages legal, compliance and skills training. You'll oversee the scheduling, tracking and recording of all training activity, working closely with the Compliance & Skills Lead and site leadership to ensure training plans are up to date and aligned with operational priorities.
You'll also be responsible for managing our LMS activity on site, coordinating inductions, supporting external training arrangements, and keeping all training documentation, including SOP updates and compliance matrices audit-ready.
The Training Coordinator ensures our people have the right skills to work safely and effectively, and that we meet the standards required for audits, compliance, and customer expectations. You'll be the link between operational teams, leadership and our wider People function, helping keep the site running smoothly.
If you're organised, confident with systems, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit.
