Job summary

Kingdom People Limited is recruiting for a Food Production Compliance Trainer at a site in Norwich (NR5 9JP). The role involves assisting the production team with compliance checks and training staff on SOPs within a busy ambient manufacturing environment. Temporary position until March 2027.

Typical hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as the factory operates 7 days a week. Competitive pay and on-site parking are provided, with potential for additional hours during peak

Qualifications

• Be able to work 8 or 12hr shift.
• Previous experience in compliance/quality/training desirable.
• Being able to commute to Norwich, NR5 9JP.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring good understanding of site rules and procedures by new and existing staff.
• Assisting production team with compliance and quality checks.
• Following strict hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitoring compliance processes.
• Reporting issues to senior production team.
• Manual handling may be required.
• Filling in paperwork if required.
• Following site rules and procedures.
