Job summary

Stagecoach Group is seeking a Training Coordinator at our Perth Head Office to own and coordinate 100+ courses a year, from scheduling to joining instructions. The role supports apprenticeships and liaises with engineers nationwide, with a hybrid pattern and 2 days at home.

You will need strong office admin experience, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment. 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, salary £27,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration and Microsoft Office.
• A people-centred approach to tasks, with strong communication skills and confidence in chasing deadlines and follow-ups.
• Ability to plan, analyse, and make confident decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing a variety of tasks with the ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Owning and coordinating 100+ training courses a year – from scheduling and bookings to accommodation and joining instructions.
• Keeping diaries organised.
• Processing and tracking invoices accurately.
• Supporting apprenticeship programmes and responding to related queries.
• Being the go-to link between colleagues across the country for engineering activities.
• Problem solving / managing general queries quickly and efficiently.
• Organising and delivering large scale events.
• Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining & building great working relationships.
• Tracking, storing and maintaining electronic training certificates.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
