What you need to do
  1. Support planning of Skills Development initiatives by coordinating sessions, tracking attendance, and analyzing data for improvements.
  2. Manage logistics for skills programmes, including venue, facilitator, data collection, room bookings, and LMS uploads.
Administration and reporting
  1. Provide administrative support for skills development delivery.
  2. Summarize performance data for programmes and pathways periodically.
  3. Manage the skills framework reporting platform and operations.
  4. Evaluate success using KPIs and reviews.
  5. Support payments to third-party suppliers.
  6. Coordinate data requests with HRS and learning operations.
  7. Communicate with external providers for skills programmes.
Facilitation and delivery
  1. Assist in delivering collective and social learning, both virtual and face-to-face.
  2. Support early careers inductions.
What you need to know and show
  1. Experience in early career or apprenticeship training coordination (essential).
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to prioritize independently and manage workload.
  4. Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Decision-making authority
  1. Organize training sessions and logistics.
  2. Allocate resources for skills initiatives.
  3. Choose tracking methods for attendance data.
  4. Escalate risks and issues timely.
