Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training and maintaining records.
• Familiar with compliance standards and audits.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for colleagues.
• Add and update details for new starters, leavers and internal transfers within the training database.
• Perform regular database maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate and administer site-wide and company-wide training programmes, including scheduling, tracking and completion monitoring.
• Manage online learning systems and external/internal training platforms.
• Retrieve and record safety certificates to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Support onboarding by assigning mandatory and compliance training modules.
• Run monthly meetings with Heads of Department and trainers to review training progress and records.
• Work with department trainers to ensure training manuals, records and skills matrices remain current.
• Research external training providers when specialist requirements arise.
